The chapter clearly defines condensation on page 6: 'The process of conversion of water vapour into its liquid state is called condensation.' Option (i) and (ii) describe evaporation, not condensation. Option (iii) describes cloud formation which is a result of condensation but is not the definition of condensation itself.
